    "content": "(iii) Thirdly, once that has been done, the agencies forward the shortlisted applicants to prospective employers for further processing which involves the selection of qualified applicants, and that list is communicated to the originating recruitment agency. The shortlisted applicants are then contacted by the recruitment agencies and invited for pre-interview training. Interviews are then conducted by the prospective employer personally or through their agent in the presence of YEDF officials and recruiting agencies. Successful candidates are notified promptly and are given pre-departure training by YEDF Secretariat."
