But given that this programme seems to be concentrated to the Youth Enterprise Development Fund Secretariat and employment agencies by the Ministry of Labour, which the Minister has not specified, what efforts is the Ministry taking to ensure that this information is disseminated widely across the country, especially given that the Ministry has officers and offices across all districts, working as District Youth Officers? What efforts is the Ministry taking to ensure that through the District Youth offices across the country, this information is disseminated, so that all the young people of Kenya can have access to this excellent opportunity of employment?"
