    "content": "It has had many challenges, but it is a step in the right direction. They have rolled out and managed a few units, there are a few challenges, but it is a good step forward. Besides COVID-19, we have had locusts, drought and food security maybe a challenge. However, they were having strategies of making sure it is happening. We are looking forward to hear more on the strategies that the President is setting out."
