    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, I have to add a bit of frustration that we sometimes get from the Government when not enough public participation is done towards some of these mega projects, where key stakeholders feel left out. This is an area which I wish the President would have given a bit more commitment. Going forward, the Government will do proper public participation when it comes to some of these large projects. This is because it helps with accountability and fighting corruption, which is another issue that I wish could have been spoken on a little bit more."
