    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I rise to express thanks to the President for the exposition of public policy contained in his Address to the nation which was the Seventh State of the Nation Address. Even though the President has benefited from very poor legal advice as evidenced by the last decision of the High Court, the President has been faithful to Article 132.
