    "content": "I encourage this House that, even if we are going to support the proposals as they are, truth be said, they do not address the aspirations. That is why even in the US there were various amendments. No one can argue that there was only one amendment to the American Constitution that fixed all the problems they had. Even today, the struggle still continues. With the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement, new issues keep coming up. People keep discovering things in the Statute books that made black people look like they did not belong in the American society."
