    "content": "The county facilities do not even have oxygen. I managed to talk to the Clerk of the National Assembly that maybe we should have a hotline for helicopters just in case there is a problem, so that one can be evacuated to the nearest facility as quickly as possible. Those staying in Nairobi should have a hotline for ambulances that are well equipped to evacuate them. I think the hotline is important so that when you have a problem out there, you can be evacuated to the nearest health facility. Hon. Speaker, this is my request. Ahsante sana . Thank you."
