    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, as I sit down, the Government, through whatever method and structure, must come to the rescue of every Kenyan citizen. In other countries, it is happening. In the United States of America (USA), they have a package to ensure that those who suffer from COVID-19 get emergency treatment. For your information, in this country, very few hospitals have the capacity to handle COVID-19 patients. In Nairobi, there are only six hospitals. Outside Nairobi, they are very few. In some places, there are none. That is why people are dying left, right and centre. We cannot have a situation where whenever somebody suffers from COVID-19, he or she has to be transported to Nairobi or some hospitals out there, where they have COVID-19 treatment facilities. The Government must ensure that every life matters. Everyone is entitled, under the Constitution, to be paid for bills for COVID-19 because health is a basic human right."
