    "content": "I know that we want to talk about the national Government. However, it is a joint venture, including the county governments and the steps that they have taken. I went through the submissions that were made by the Ministry of Health last week on how many isolation centres are here in Kenya. We have 7,644 isolation beds. We have 319 ICU beds that had been licensed by 30th September 2020. We have additional isolation and ICU beds that have been set up since then. An Hon. Member said that there is no oxygen."
