Deputy Speaker, I wish to ask the following Question to the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury and Planning: (i) What measures, if any, have been put in place by the Ministry to protect vulnerable citizens and businesses, especially small and medium size enterprises from exploitation by digital money lenders, during the COVID-19 pandemic period? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary clarify whether there is existence of regulations on code of conduct or a set of rules for all members of the Digital Lenders Association of Kenya and, if any, how are they being implemented?
