    "content": "The issue of upgrading Mathari Hospital to a teaching and referral hospital is a good idea. Research has shown that one in every four Kenyans suffer from mental illness in Kenya. This translates to 12 million Kenyans. This is an issue that needs to be looked into. It is commendable that it came from the President. This is something Parliament, through the Departmental Committee on Health, needs to look into and provide the finances required."
