    "content": "If there was a possibility to irrigate 2,000 acres in every constituency in Kenya and particularly, in northern Kenya or North Eastern Province, which has very fertile land but has no capacity for irrigation due to scarcity of water--- You only require to drill 110 metres in Habaswein where I come from to supply water to the City of Nairobi for 200 years. If you can supply water to the City of Nairobi for 200 years, what is the possibility of using that resource to irrigate land? We can not only feed Kenya but the whole of East and Central Africa. That is why the new constitutional dispensation is very critical to us. This is because there will be shift of focus and resources. The resources will go to the Kenyan people."
