People talk about BBI increasing the wage bill by creating many positions. I want this House to listen to me on this. In order to realise the two-thirds gender principle, the membership of the Senate is being increased from 67 to 94. That is an increase of 27 Members. In the National Assembly, we are increasing it by 11 Members. That is a total of 38. Compare that to when you appoint the Cabinet Secretaries from outside Parliament."
