Member had asked this Question earlier and I stood on the Floor of this House saying that investigations were being carried out to ascertain what exactly happened. It took time for us to reach this conclusion; that truly, the officer was responsible for misappropriating this money. There have been a lot of challenges with the KKV programme. The way the implementation was being done was flawed. It is not just in Bangali, there are so many other places we are having problems in and this is what we have worked on. We have worked on fool proof methods to correct that situation."
