    "content": "That Office has always petitioned, and I told them I do not initiate any legislation. So, it was mis-directed. Nevertheless, I think it is a Petition worthy also commenting on because, of course, the Auditor-General’s Office is not the only independent office under our 2010 Constitution. I think it is for you Members to comment on this. Let me give the Leader of the Minority Party, Hon. John Mbadi, the first chance. You can comment on either of the petitions."
