I rise to ask Question No.342 of 2020 directed to the Cabinet Secretary for Education: (i) Why is Egerton University management continuing to pay the teaching and non- teaching staff half salaries since April, 2020, despite having a court order directing for full payments and even after receiving full capitation from the Government? (ii) What arrangements are in place to ensure that the staff is paid their full salaries without any further delays?"
