    "content": "As he addressed the nation as per Article 132 of the Constitution, I felt he also gave hope to the youths especially the boda boda riders, when he said that they are going to have a school for the boda boda riders that will offer licences. This is aimed at empowering the the boda boda riders so that they can have capital and savings to invest in things like petrol stations, boda boda assembly factories and other investments that would transform their lives. That was a good Speech but I would say that with boda boda riders and youth in general, they need to be assisted to come up with such initiative because most Kenyans including mama mboga and other hustlers work from hand to mouth.
