    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me an opportunity to contribute to this debate. As I rise to add my voice to this debate, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the President for the many issues he captured. The President talked about the COVID-19 pandemic especially on administrative intervention. I commend him for that because due to the timely lockdown, at the onset of Coronavirus, we were able to sort of reduce the spread. However, I expected much more in terms of the long-term measures. This is a disease that is likely to be with us for a long time. I did not quite follow what the President really wanted Kenyans to do."
