    "content": "Lastly, I was very happy to hear that His Excellency the President intends to transform the lives of young people from earners of wages to owners of capital. This is very possible. It is possible for our young people to employ themselves. However, the reality is that we have very many challenges in this country. When young people want to start businesses, they are discouraged by the very high levies charged by the Government. They are also harassed every day. An example is the boda boda sector, which has employed over 1.2 million young people. However, these people suffer every day in the hands of the police. They are harassed and punished even for very small mistakes."
