A 5.4 per cent growth is not a small number given that we had a contested election the whole of 2017. The economy started recovering after the “Handshake” and people started working. Before that, there were a lot of chaos and we could not work well. I thank the two principals for the “Handshake” because it brought peace that enabled the economy to grow one-and-a-half years later to 5.4 percent.
