    "content": "I also wish to commend our President for talking about mental health. As we are all aware, mental health is an issue in this country and all over the world. Unless we handle this phenomenon, then we will lose our productive age through suicide or drugs. That means all of us will be impacted in one way or another. This is because instead of people working, they will be dealing with one issue or another. I so happy that our President articulated issues of mental health. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I do not know whether I will finish whatever I wanted to say because the light is yellow. The President’s speech was great."
