The issue was whether the students had been afforded the opportunity to make representations, because it is only when students are given an opportunity to make representations in fulfillment of the rules of natural justice, that the true picture arises, particularly where teachers and other administration officials are involved in wrong doing. Has that been done in relation to this school? If so, when were the students afforded that opportunity so that they could reveal the teachers and other officials behind these irregularities?"
