    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I will speak in Kiswahili later. I also want to speak to the State of the Nation Address by our President and congratulate him for touching on several key issues. I will talk about a few of them. One of the major issues was the COVID-19 pandemic that has affected our country. He spoke to the whole country and informed us that health workers were increased by 5,000 and 11,000 interns. In addition to that, Kshs25 billion was given as a stimulus package to the counties. That is the amount we are not sure how it was used."
