    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. English and Kiswahili will remain the parliamentary languages. Therefore, when we have many points, we will speak the language we feel comfortable to speak. Before I was interrupted, I was speaking to issues of education. As the Chairperson of the Committee on Education, I thank the President for speaking to issues on education, more specifically touching on CBC which many of poor parents were having challenges. Now that it has taken root, notwithstanding its challenges, this form of curriculum left out a section of our children that we used to call ‘Baby Class’; children under four years.
