The Ministry is gravely concerned that examinations must remain examinations; if we allow students to collude with teachers or with any other particular person, then these examinations will be useless! So, Mr. Speaker, Sir, on the question of following the rules of natural justice, my Ministry is going to make sure that in future, everybody is accorded the right to be heard."
