I rise to ask Question No. 327/2020 to the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Irrigation and Sanitation: (i) What measures has the Ministry taken to ensure construction and development of dams, boreholes and water pans in Mwingi Central Constituency? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary submit a list of dams, boreholes, water pans and piped water supply lines constructed or developed in Mwingi Central, Mwingi West and Mwingi North constituencies from the Financial Year 2017/2018 to date?"
