The Statement on IFMIS came to the House and it was directed to the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning. As the Departmental Committee on Communication, Information and Innovation, we requested to be roped in but we are yet to be invited for a joint meeting by the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning. We had also agreed with Hon. Osotsi that as the expert Committee in ICT, we are going to do an inquiry on IFMIS. I had stepped out because there was nothing for me to handle on the Order Paper."
