    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I am sorry to rise again to speak to an issue that I raised last week relating to challenges facing the rice industry in Mwea. You directed that the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Trade, Industry and Cooperatives invites the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) to come and discuss that issue in my presence. I am worried that we are likely to proceed on recess without a meeting. I have not been able to get the Chairman of the Committee. I checked with the Leader of the Majority Party but he did not have any information on the same. I will appreciate your guidance on that issue."
