    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I stand to second this Motion on the approval of the nominees to the eight constituency committees of the National Government Constituency Development Fund. This is to enable the constituencies to properly operationalise their funds and implement the NG-CDF. In these special times of COVID-19 pandemic, we need as a House, to urgently approve this Motion so that the nominees in these eight constituencies can be gazetted. I want to take this opportunity to urge the CS Treasury to disburse the NG-CDF funds. The President gave a good proposal that the NG-CDF be used to assist in mitigating against COVID- 19 pandemic in schools and tertiary colleges, when schools open in January. Whereas that is a good proposal, it will be impossible to do that without money. The national Treasury needs to disburse funds to the NG-CDF."
