    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I thank my Chairperson for requesting me to second this Motion. Let me thank him for having presented the Report with a lot of precision. As a Member of this Committee, I confirm that we crisscrossed the country inspecting the projects, which were started by the Government. Sports in this country is known to everybody and moreso, internationally because Kenyans excel in sports. Unfortunately, they excel because of their own talents. As a country, we never take serious measures to ensure that we promote our youth or our sportsmen and sportswomen.
