    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this document. I congratulate the Committee for coming up with real issues that are happening on the ground. The fact-finding tours were the best thing for the Committee so that we can get to know where we are. It is very unfortunate that all the mega projects that we have in this country are scandals. In this regard, I refer to Makueni County Stadium where one of my colleagues, Hon. Maanzo, comes from. That stadium has taken more than two years and the work that has been done cannot be equated to the money that has been paid. There is something which is amiss in this connection."
