"content": "On tendering, those companies do not even understand the meaning of stadia. I was brought up in Europe and I have attended many international games like the Olympics, World Cup in Russia and others. I have also visited the Arsenal Stadium and Manchester City. We are shamelessly building shoddy things and calling them stadia. We have absolutely no stadia status in this country. Even the Nyayo National Stadium does not meet international standards.
