    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this Report. At the outset, I support the Report. I am a member of the Committee. This Report is a reflection of the concern our Committee had with the efforts to ensure that sports and other related activities are important and its budget allocation, and the manner its resources are used is proper. As we look at the recommendations, I want to emphasise that the key concern was the challenge of rogue contractors. In our last visit to Wote Stadium, we witnessed first-hand the kind of challenges that exist when different Government Ministries that is by their nature full of technical expertise, for example, the Ministry of Public Works, complement the work done by the Ministry of Sports."
