    "content": " My brother is interrupting me and yet he has spoken three times. This matter concerns everybody in this country, both men and women. It covers statistical planning in education, agriculture and even where I sit as a Chair. I am happy and I am not speaking for the Government. When I requested for a Huduma centre to cover all the matters anticipated by the Motion, the Cabinet Secretary, a gracious lady, Prof. Kobia, responded swiftly. She just asked me to get a premise because she was ready. The ball is now in our court. I want to ask my brother to get a premise and call Prof. Kobia. She is ready to be approached by any Member. She only has a challenge of a premise. In my case, she has rented the premises that we sought, and she was ready to have staff there. The Government is doing a good job through that gracious lady.
