Let me start by saying that this is a totally non-partisan Motion because all of us, including you, agree that we have PWDs in our constituencies. That is why Hon. Dennitah, who is a Member of ODM and I from Jubilee, are together in moving and seconding this Motion, respectively. Hon. Dennitah became disabled in Narok through a road accident when she was already a Member of this House.
