It has become a common practice for road engineers to approve substandard work and the contractor is paid. When the Assistant Minister says that, that is an anomaly, he has taken it very lightly. But it appears that it is more than an anomaly. What is he doing to make sure that, that does not occur in other constituencies as well?"
