    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I rise to second this important Procedural Motion. Just as the Chairman has noted, this Petition generated a lot of interest. Since it is a Petition focusing on insecurity in Marsabit County, the Committee had to interact with many stakeholders. The more we interacted with the stakeholders, the more we got new information and the more the need for further consultation became apparent. With this situation, as a member of the Committee, I request the House and your office to allow us more time so that we can get to the root cause of insecurity in that area. We all know the issue of Marsabit has been a long standing one. It is a very complicated matter. We want to request for more time to sort it out once and for all.
