Prime Minister for the valiant effort and dedication towards the “Yes” Campaign. However, on the issue of the protocol that we all observed the other day, as I was flying in, I saw the American and British army walk straight past immigration officers. When I checked with the immigration officers, they told me that they are not allowed to check their immigration status. They just show them their cards and they go. Is this reciprocated the Kenya Army when they go to the United States and the United Kingdom?"
