    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I stand guided. Some of these issues that I am talking about are in the public domain. The knowledge of the facts that happened in the KEMSA heist are out in the public. They are not a preserve of a few Members or of the Committee. I will continue. We were expecting to see this veil being lifted so that we can know some of the people who had companies that were a few days old and who did not show up in the Committee investigation. When the Committee went to do their own investigation, they found materials worth over Kshs10 million branded in the insignia of those companies that we are being told did not do business with KEMSA. We want the veil lifted so that we are able to adopt a report that is conclusive. Finally, I await the report from the Public Investments Committee because I pray that it might carry a bit more meat and be beefier than the Report that we have received. For that reason, I oppose the Report."
