    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, if I had more minutes, I would have given my Vice Chair a chance because it is good that I first thank this House. This is because the money we are talking about in the Second and Third Supplementary Budget was allocated by this House. This House was also generous enough to get part of its budget to allocate to specific facilities. As I start, I want to say that this House did a good job. I also thank the President because he has been on the forefront in fighting corruption. He has been on the forefront to ensure that health workers are taken care of. That is why we got the first allowance of three months for the health workers. I take this opportunity to also thank my colleagues. This was not an easy investigation. I feel sad when I see people trying to politicize issues, settle political scores and act like they are in their village markets.
