    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I just want to comment on the first Petition by the constituents of Lugari Constituency. It is very important that any contractor who is involved in any kind of activities ensures mitigates pollution. If he is mining, he must ensure that the pits are properly filled to prevent them from posing as health hazards to the communities. The Committee’s report will also be used to find out what the Government can do in other areas. Those pits are all over the country. I support the Petition."
