    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Prime Minister for informing the House that Kshs533 million has been released. I have gone to almost half of the country and I realized that many Kenyans have not received the copies of the draft Constitution. My concern is that there is a huge outcry that Kenyans need a Kiswahili version of the draft Constitution, so that they can really understand it and come up with a proper decision by 4th August, 2010. Could he ensure that some copies are produced in Kiswahili Language?"
