It is clear that it is in the interest of this country that we have the new Constitution. It has been clarified that this House unanimously passed the proposed new Constitution. We all know that the Cabinet has the rule of collective responsibility. What is the Government doing to ensure that all the Cabinet Ministers toe the same line?"
