    "content": "Secondly, the Act requires that the Draft be passed by 50 per cent plus one. That in itself is the law. But for the Draft Constitution to have legitimacy and acceptance across the board in Kenya, it is necessary that the margin be higher than that. So, what steps is the Government taking to ensure that as many Kenyans as possible that have registered as voters vote for the draft so that the margin is much higher than 50 plus one?"
