Without necessarily anticipating debate, I was once a Vice-Chair of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries. The Tea Bill is followed by the Sugar Bill. The issues to be canvassed in the Tea Bill are very weighty and they touch on every section of the country. Therefore, as we anticipate to go on a long recess, let us finalise on the Bill, so that Kenyans can, at least, live with a finalised position with regard to matters tea. Hon.
