Members and they recommended – I remember Prof. Olweny was there – some of the measures that we need to put in place. I concurred with them that if all the stakeholders involved - this is not the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports alone - adhere to the measures which were recommended by hon. Members, I am very confident that this programme will benefit the youth of this country."
