"content": "that where it appears to the Cabinet Secretary that it is in the national interest, the Cabinet Secretary may apply to the High Court for an order requiring a person to produce the data. So, the protection of the person is already in-built. It will not be the Cabinet Secretary to order. The Cabinet Secretary will have to go to court to seek an order to compel somebody to produce the data. I think that is in tandem with the production of any other data. I think that is good. That is what Members have passed. I just want to allay your fears that what you have passed is the right one amendment, which requires the Cabinet Secretary to go to court to seek an order. That is just for the record."
