    "content": " Hon. Chairman, I thought Section 8 of the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights Act 2011 talks about functions. That is to advise the State on the ratification or cessation to international and regional treaties relating to human rights. My good friend and elder is dealing with the deletion of the proposed amendment to Section 11(2). I want him to deal with the proposed amendments to Section 8 on the functions so that we are clear. Probably, the one he read was on the deletion to the proposed amendments to Section 11(2)."
