Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended- (a) in the proposed amendments to the Universities Act (No. 42 of 2012) – In the proposed amendment to Section 24 by deleting the proposed new subsection (3) and substituting therefor the following new subsection−― “(3) The provisions of Part V of this Act shall apply to an institution established under this section with such modifications as may, with the approval of the Cabinet Secretary and the Commission, be specified in the respective Charter”."
