    "content": "This is a position of corporation secretary and it requires seven years’ experience. I do not know why it is a requirement for a corporation secretary. At least, the other one you were talking about a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position. This is a corporation secretary. Why should we put seven years? We are excluding young people. I want to agree with the Deputy Speaker that even when we make reference to Law Society of Kenya (LSK), many of the people who are fighting there have experience of 10 years and above. The issue of experience also comes with a person’s temperament. It is not just about the age alone. There are many older people who behave like 20-year-olds and many 20-year-olds who behave like they are 80 years old. We should not just block people because of age. So, I am proposing that we reduce it from seven to five years. Thank you."
